Summary: The location is fantastic, except for a few barking dogs. We liked the facilities in the house and had a pretty good time there. We didn't like that it was a duplex property with another guest next to us, and this was not advised until the day of check-in at the same time we were told we were to check out an hour before the advertised time. We heard the guest talking outside on the phone while trying to enjoy the outside area. The house was dirty, with rat poo on the couch and black hairs on both toilet seats. The pool cues have had no maintenance, with only one cue with any sort of tip on it and that was worn, making it very hard to play at all.The shower had a worm in it that came to life when the water started and the water went cold mid-shower. The beds were very comfortable.The property manager helped us out with an early check-in which was nice.
