There are four bedrooms, one of which is appointed with a stunning, spacious ensuite with double shower. The main guest bathroom also features a double shower and a bath.
The dining, living and kitchen all look out to the beautifully designed and fully enclosed back yard which has everything you need for a perfect family barbecue and time to relax and unwind after a great day at the beach, wineries or golf course.
PLEASE NOTE: Pizza oven is not available for guest use.
Full WIFI access is also provided and the property also features a foldaway baby cot for guest use

the beach heading towards the old jetty and making your way through ‘The Dell’ where you can make your way up the walking track to the beautiful uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay and the You Yangs ranges
Walk along the coastline
to Beacon Point Reserve lookout for more beautiful views and scenery of Port Phillip Bay, You Yangs ranges, and the city skyline in the distance
CYCLING
Cycle the 32km Bellarine
Rail Trail that follows the scenic train route of the former South Geelong to Queenscliff branch line

Visit and play around
at the many golf courses in the surrounding area, the closest being the Clifton Springs Golf Club located only a short drive from the property

Getting Around:
You are a short stroll to the beach and only a 2 minute drive to the picturesque country town of Drysdale and The Clifton Springs Golf Course overlooking the sea is less than 5 minutes up the road. Your holiday home is also 15 minutes drive from the ever popular Bellarine wineries including Basil's Farm, Flying Brick, Jack Rabbit Estate and Scotchman's Hill Estate.
