Summary: A number of issues need attention: 1. Keys have to be collected at Brighton still. Not convenient. Why not leave them at a local business? 2. One set of keys for a house with 11 beds! At least a second set would reduce the chance of being locked out. 3. Kitchen cupboards and doors all bang. Not good for people who are noise sensitive (due to a disability).can easily place stick on dots on them to cushion them. 4. No toaster. 5. One aircon not working but was fixed after days of trying to contact Minda. 6. Insufficient kitchen serving bowls, Utensils etc. 7. Coffee machine we donated in Jan 2021 still there even though we advised in Jan 2022 that it was no longer working 8. Upon arrival all 4 sanitary bins were full. We needed to use them for incontinence pants but it wasn’t an option. 9. Numbers provided for communication with accomm provider are next to useless. The concierge number went unanswered. I then called the 24 hour emergency Maintenance number. Also went unanswered. After 3 days of no aircon in one of 2 Living areas and full sanitary bins I rang Minda’s general number in desperation. Amber was extremely helpful even though none of this was her problem. Unfortunately the company who changed the bins couldn’t collect outside of their normal schedule, therefore we had 10 days of full bins.
