Positive: The washing machine and dryer worked okay.

Negative: Renovated? Not lately. Couldn’t find a front door because there wasn’t one. Had to come in through the laundry door. House was very dark even with the blinds up. To get out through the front of the house had to lift up the roller door from the driveway. There was no instructions for anything to help tell you watch TV. Phoned realestate agent twice but my calls were ignored. Rubbish bins had not been put out from previous occupier and they absolutely stunk. I had to take my rubbish to a park up the road and use their bins. I had a dog and I picked up one of his droppings that I also had to pick up previous Dogs droppings from previous occupier. Gardening needed to be done and windows needed cleaning. One toilet roll left for a week. Three bedrooms and I shut doors to 2 of them as there was only me. $1350 for a week was a bit steep for one person I thought. I only booked in the day before so it wasn’t as though there were a lot of people after this so-called magnificently renovated premises. It also needed to be fumigated for cockroaches. There was something on the fridge to say left. The place is clean as you found it. I think I actually left it Cleaner.

Summary: Shop around I think you could do better for a lot cheaper.
