The property is conveniently located under 5 minutes from Coolangatta Airport.
This newly-constructed home features 5 guest bedrooms, 2 with ensuite plus an additional large guest bathroom. Sentosa at Tugun also has its own media room with a large flat screen TV, surround sound, Xbox system & DVD player; the kids will be in heaven. The property has ducted air-conditioning & heating, a solar powered heated pool and double-glazed glass doors & windows, so it makes for a perfect vacation year round.
Enjoy a round of backyard cricket and a family BBQ whilst the kids splash about in the ocean-front, gated pool surrounded by lush flat grassy areas. This property is truly the ultimate beach front escape.
Please note that there are 2 external security cameras at this property - one at the front of the home and one at the back.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Gold Coast Luxury Resorts offers contactless check in and check out. Prior to arrival you will be required to complete an online check-in. On the day of arrival, you will collect your keys from a key safe located at the home. We will send the code for the safe via email and SMS once the property is ready for you.
Upon departure, please leave the keys in the same key safe you collected them from.
AMENITIES
On arrival our guests will receive an essentials starter pack to get you settled in. These items are not replenished during your stay. We can provide extras for a small fee. This pack will include:
Bed linen for each bed
2 x bath towels for each guest.
1 x hand towel & 1 x bath mat for each bathroom.
1 x tea, coffee, sugar sachet for each guest.
2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet.
1 x body wash & 1 x shampoo/conditioner per person.
4 x sachets of dish detergent, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent.
1 x dish cloth & scourer.
GCLR do not supply food items like Salt, Pepper, Oil, Condiments etc.
Pool towels are not included, and cannot be accessed from the pool area in the resort. You are welcome to bring your own or they can be purchased from GCLR at $15 per towel, or 4 for $50.
The entire home is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were your own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.
CLEANING:
All prices include a general clean prior to arrival and an exit clean on departure
CHRISTMAS DAY
Gold Coast Luxury Resorts is closed on Christmas Day, therefore we are unable to accept reservations that require a check-in or check-out on the 25th of December.
