Set on the picturesque property of Crofters Fold, a truly magical stay awaits. Comprising of The Barn and The Cottage, accommodating 10 in an estate like setting. The property boasts a minimal intervention & bee friendly Rose, Peony & Pinot Noir micro farm and grazing livestock such as ever photogenic Highland Cattle and Dorper Sheep. Australian countryside at its finest.

The Cottage at Crofters Fold is a serene and stylish farmhouse in an idyllic setting in Pipers Creek, close to Kyneton. The blissful interiors are a balm to the senses. The house is located on a working farm that includes a rose garden, vineyard, cattle and sheep. The cottage is private and suitable for up to six guests with a combination of two king bedrooms and twin single bedroom.

A light filled open plan living and dining area and adjoining sunroom provide a generous floor plan for a group of friends or families. Wood fire, split system heating and cooling and Smart TV provide all the modern comforts. Fully equipped modern kitchen with Miele coffee machine looks out to granite hills and paddocks and a fire pit makes for a sublime country getaway. Upstairs is a master bedroom and, off this bedroom another twin single bedroom. Downstairs a king bedroom and one complete bathroom with double shower, underfloor heating and bath. There is also a separate powder room downstairs with WC and vanity. A laundry with Miele washing machine and dryer makes longer stays a breeze.

The Barn at Crofters Fold features a cosy lounge with a smart TV, wood-burning fire and a cupboard full of books and games. Decadent Master bedroom with a king sized bed and a writing desk overlooking the garden and separate lounge room. Downstairs is a queen bed for the kids or an extra couple. Luxe bathrobes provided for guests.

Summary: Wow, what an incredible farm stay for a large group. Both the cottage and the barn are stylish and cosy, with exceptional attention to design details. We loved the idyllic setting in nature and the encounters with the Scottish Highland cows. It was so nice spending our evenings roasting marshmallows by the fire pit that overlooks the pretty dam and paddocks. Would love to stay again and will be recommending this gem to everyone I know.
