Located adjacent to Miranda Homestead is Nina's cottage, a cute little 1 bedroom cottage sharing approximately 2.5 acres. Sleeps 4.
Here you can take in the breathtaking views of The Corner Inlet bay from the balcony or bedroom and explore the gardens. animals and orchard fruit trees on the property.
Only 10 minutes to boat ramp and long jetty in Port Welshpool, Agnes Falls and within 30 minutes of Wilson's Prom, this is the perfect base to relax, hike, fish, play golf and enjoy all South Gippsland has to offer!
Pls note there is no oven or stove. There is an electric frypan and bbq for use to cook.
At times the acerage may be shared with holidaymakers at Miranda Homestead. There are separate fenced areas to each property and then shared spaces around the property such as the orchard.
Pls byo firewood if you choose to use the coonarra.

Summary: The location was beautiful and I enjoyed the novelty of the chooks and goats. When we arrived my wife started having allergies not sure if the cat had been inside or if it was the dust. Vacuum the entire house including the couch, dusted, vacuum of the chairs, and wiped down the dining table. There's quite a bit picked up by the vacuum cleaner and the dining table had not been wiped and sometime as it was quite a bit of build up on top (photo after one wipe of dining table). The towels were washed but they appear to have been washed with something incredibly fluffy because showering and drying my face I was left with fluff in my eyes and on my face and all over my body.The couch is clearly peeling and there's to be replaced.There was advertised a fireplace but there was no wood for the fireplace which was disappointing. It's a lovely location and the cottage is beautiful but I don't believe the minimum for service was met.
