Located adjacent to Miranda Homestead is Nina's cottage, a cute little 1 bedroom cottage sharing approximately 2.5 acres. Sleeps 4.
Here you can take in the breathtaking views of The Corner Inlet bay from the balcony or bedroom and explore the gardens. animals and orchard fruit trees on the property.
Only 10 minutes to boat ramp and long jetty in Port Welshpool, Agnes Falls and within 30 minutes of Wilson's Prom, this is the perfect base to relax, hike, fish, play golf and enjoy all South Gippsland has to offer!
Pls note there is no oven or stove. There is an electric frypan and bbq for use to cook.
At times the acerage may be shared with holidaymakers at Miranda Homestead. There are separate fenced areas to each property and then shared spaces around the property such as the orchard.
Pls byo firewood if you choose to use the coonarra.

Summary: We booked the cottage as it was close to a wedding we were in town for. It was a little shabby but had everything that we needed. We were able to collect lovely fresh eggs on the first day which we cooked in the electric frying pan. The main downside is the goats which sleep directly under the bedroom. They make near constant noise throughout the night which as a light sleeper I found really challenging. Otherwise the animals are a lovely addition. Just need to move the goats to a different space in the yard.
