The Cook's House
A much loved cottage that was traditionally used by the Stations cook to prepare and feed their hard-working and hungry shearers is unrecognisable from its originaluse! Stepping inside is like putting on your favourite cashmere jumper; instant warmth, style and pleasure. Perfect for 2 couples or 4 guests, a group of friends, a girls weekend or a creativeretreat. If only the cook could see it now!
Corunna’s signature style is alive and well in this petite version of The Country House and The Homestead. The house is self contained and features 2 king size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms,one with shower and the other, a classic claw-foot bath. Enjoy the comfort of air-conditioned bedrooms, generous bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen andsitting room with a loungeperfect to enjoy a movie or snooze.
The undercover outdoor entertaining verandah can be enjoyed in all seasons with gorgeous views of the Brokenback Range, exterior overhead fans, gasBBQ, outdoor lounge and dining table, plus a Chiminea for use in winter only. While away the evenings with friends over the games table for chess and cards, or enjoy thelibrary of books, Netflix and a complimentary port in hand - everything you need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The Homestead
The Homestead sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. These quarters have been lovingly restored to perfection andcelebrates the elegance of wide hallways, periodfeatures and long afternoon shadows on the generous wraparound verandahs.
The 11 foot ceilings, striking overhead fans, patterned tiles,schoolhouselights and crisp cotton bedding are complimented by reclaimed and repurposed pieces from every era taking onnew roles throughout the house. Colonial, Danish and Victorian influences dance together effortlessly and create an interior of thoughtful surprise and delight for guests. Styled with classicwhite and romantic linens that interplay between jet black enamel features, up-cycled walnut treasures all set against the crisp white walls that usher you to enjoy the individuality of everyroom.
In summer, the light filled and spacious rooms of the guest quarters provides air flow and room to move, with each space opening effortlessly to verandahs where you can seek out yoursunlit corner to inhabit with a glass of wine and let the hours slip away. In winter, the custom kitchen will have you roasting and toasting with a fine bottle of Hunter wine to your heart’scontent whilst your guestslounge next to the open fire.Withboth bathroomsfeaturingadeep,shapelyclawfoottubs, you’ll find every reason to soak and, linger longer. A charminglaundry with washer and dryer adds the final touches ensuring you have everything you need for a longer stay.
Should you wish to invite more guests to join you beyond your party of 10, Corunna Station also has further accommodation available with The Country House; perfect for 12 guests to stay in its 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom configuration. Combining all three houses accommodates a total of 22 guests.
For those who like activities and adventure, the new Hermitage Road cycle track is on the doorstep, perfect to peddle along to enjoy all the local cellar doors, breweries, restaurants, horseback riding, Segway experiences and so much more.
Please note, Corunna Stationhas 1 exterior security camerato monitor the entrance drivewayonly for the protection of the property. Security cameras are commonplace at many of our rural properties. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the camerais prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.
LONGER STAYS

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
