Positive: The location is good, our unit faces the park and trees away from traffic so not much noise.

Negative: Overall, the accommodation is quite basic, but it served its purpose. Cleanliness was good, and having a washing machine was definitely convenient for our stay. The location was ideal—just a pleasant walk away from our workshop each day. That said, there are a few things that could really be improved. The bed was quite small for two adults and very springy—every movement by one person would disturb the other, making it uncomfortable for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom sink is extremely small, which made it difficult to use without splashing water onto the floor. This was quite inconvenient. Additionally, there was a noticeable odor coming from the bathroom at night. Even after mopping thoroughly, the smell persisted and could be noticed from the bedroom. It might be worth checking the drains, as they could need a deep clean. Also, the four cushions on the couch had a strong unpleasant smell—I ended up putting them on the floor. There were no hangers provided either, so we had to purchase some ourselves. With a few upgrades, especially to the bed and bathroom, this place could be much more comfortable—particularly as other accommodations at similar rates offer better facilities.
