This delightful cottage is suitable for up to 7 guests who will love the location and beachy ambiance. Set amongst picturesque gardens with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a fabulous outdoor living room. Located 100m from the local general store, 400m from an enormous recreation and sports field and approx. 1.5km to the foreshore and family friendly beaches. Strictly no parties. The kitchen and living room; The whole family will love the open plan kitchen, living and dining area, creating a perfect family environment. The bright timber kitchen looks out across a gorgeous garden and front veranda, while offering gas cooking, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and meals area. The living room has comfortable lounges, a TV and DVD, split system heating and cooling and an electric fire for some cool weather atmosphere. The bedrooms and bathrooms; The four bedrooms sleep up to 7 guests with 2 separate bathrooms and 3 toilets to share. The main bedroom features a queen bed, AC and access to the entertaining deck. There is another queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a double bed in the 3rd bedroom. The fourth bedroom provides a single bed with toys and games. Outside; The undercover rear deck and back yard have a fabulous atmosphere and can be enjoyed all year round.
