Summary: Staff were excellent, friendly & helpful. The room was somewhat outdated and, although clean throughout, the electrical items were showing signs of age - the smart tv had a fuzzy lower half of the screen, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom spent most of its time rattling rather than extracting. There was a cute little balcony to the rear of the room, overlooking beautiful rainforest-style gardens.
