Security Deposit & House Rules Compliance
A $1,000 security deposit bond will be held on the stored credit card starting on the day of check-in. Please note that additional fees may apply if any House Rules or the STRA Code of Conduct are not followed, or if extra cleaning, repairs, or replacements are required as a result of your stay. Coastal Nest is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, we cannot accept bookings for any lively gatherings including but not limited to hens/bucks parties or schoolies groups. Our home is best suited for families or groups seeking a peaceful break.
