The bottom level features two king bedrooms, plus a media room with reclining lounges and a bathroom. Outside is a covered patio area surrounded by gardens.
The middle level is the main living area, featuring an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, which seamlessly connects to a screened sun room with plenty of seating and an ethanol fire. Also on this level are two bedrooms (1 Queen bed and 2 singles) and another bathroom.
Upstairs is the Master Suite, featuring a King bed plus an ensuite (with spa bath). There's also a sitting room with TV, that opens up onto a large balcony with ocean glimpses.
A viewing deck sits above the Master Suite, offering ocean views - the perfect spot to check the surf, or watch the whales on their winter migration.
