Watch the kids play in the front paddock from the spacious, light and bright open plan living areas, with split system and hydronic heating. Large lounge with TV, dining with table setting for eight, overlooks modern kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher, coffee machine and lavish alfresco pation with timber decking, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BeefEater BBQ, two single burners and sinks.

Sit in the family room situated in the rear of the house and watch the farm animals wander in the paddocks beyond or the kids play in the back yard. Built in bench seating along a long window sets the ambiance along with a wood fire, hydronic heating and large couch. Large laundry with washing machine and dryer, along with powder room.
