Amazing Family accommodation 2 minutes walk to Rhyll beach, with everything you need for a great holiday in the exclusive and tranquil seaside village of Rhyll (on the premier Northern side of Phillip Island).
Perfect for one or two families, the three bedrooms include two queen beds and two sets of bunks. Two sofa beds bring total potential accommodation to 11 people. Main bedroom has an ensuite and a walk-in robe. Main bathroom has a bath and separate shower; the toilet is a separate room again.
Entire house is fully centrally cooled and heated. Uncommon on the island.
Everything you need for a great holiday is considered. Enjoy afternoons and evenings on the covered deck, using the new model 4-burner gas barbecue and taking in the sea air. The BBQ and fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and pantry enable great family holiday meals.
Walk to the beach and local shops; take a stroll around Rhyll Inlet and see the birdlife; walk the coastline among the million dollar properties; have fish and chips at the famous “Tides of Rhyll”; watch the fishing boats coming and going.
Things to do when not out and about visiting all the sights Phillip Island has to offer
• play one of the many games provided
• watch any of the kids DVDs or general DVDs, or stream your own movies
• play or watch table tennis or darts [BYO darts] in the large garage
• read from the abundance of kids books and general books
• Have a hit of tennis on the excellent tennis courts 2 minutes walk away (racquets are provided, BYO balls)
• Play frisbee golf - there is a neat Frisbee Golf course a few minutes drive away. Frisbees provided for your use

Our holiday home is a solid brick veneer home, built to be a home, not a draughty holiday shack.
The kitchen includes:
• a coffee pod machine (Aldi brand, BYO pods, there is an Aldi on the island)

• stacks of plates and glasses and cooking equipment
• gas cooking
• a large fridge and pantry
The lounge features a large screen TV, Chromecast and Bluray player.
The laundry is equipped with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and hanging racks.
Rhyll is perfectly located – it is a peaceful sanctuary located just a few minutes’ drive from the hustle and bustle of Cowes’ shops and café district, and away from wild parties.
There is plenty of parking on the property for your boat, for 4+ cars.
This home is completely smoke free. This includes no smoking on the deck, in the garage, on the front porch.
Please bring your own linen. Each bed has pillows, doona. There are blankets in the wardrobes. You will need to bring a top and bottom sheet and pillow case for each bed, plus your personal towels.
Please bring your own food and supplies.
