Positive: There was enough room for 4 families. The outdoor spa was beautiful and warm on the 2 cold nights that we were there.

Negative: We didnt have enough good quality bath towels. We had a lot of mosquitoes in the house on the first night. We had to buy our own spray and mozzy deterrent. There were no spare garbage bags. We had to buy our own. Toilet paper was minimal. Basics i think should be supplied.
