Located in the exclusive beautiful Casuarina Beach Estate on the Tweed Coast northern NSW just 15 minutes from Gold Coast Airport, our spacious 4 bedroom family home with secluded resort style pool is the perfect getaway retreat. A short stroll to untouched expansive surfing beaches, Casuarina Shopping Village, Coles supermarket, cafes and restaurants, and only 1 km to Salt Village restaurants and resorts, together with bike riding & walking tracks, you'll love this beautiful part of the world.
KITCHEN, DINING & LOUNGE ROOMS
Our fully renovated home features a new kitchen with stone bench tops and includes all mod cons, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, Breville oracle coffee machine and gas cooktop oven. With an open plan that overlooks the pool, front and rear entertaining areas, the dining area has a timber dining room table seating 8 people and the separate lounge room has a leather lounge, large TV, complemented with a Jamo surround sound system.
POOL & ENTERTAINING AREAS
A secluded resort style pool together with a covered outdoor area with water feature, lounge & coffee table is the ideal place to relax, read and enjoy. The front yard is also secluded with BBQ, outdoor table setting and a fire pit.
MASTER BEDROOM 1 - PARENTS RETREAT and ENSUITE
The very large master bedroom is the perfect parents retreat which includes a king size bed, lounge suite, surround sound, smart TV, and a large ensuite complete with corner spa, shower, double marble vanity and separate toilet.
MASTER BEDROOM 2 - GUEST RETREAT
The self contained guest room has a king bed, lounge, kitchenette, TV, separate entry, and adjoins the main bathroom.

Summary: The house was in a great location and in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to the beach and amenities and great restaurants. Our hosts Lynne and Paul were wonderful and so helpful with all our questions. Their beautiful home is just what our family needed to relax and enjoy some down time together. Highly recommended.
