The upstairs of the home has an open plan living area and dining nook, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The living room has access to the large covered front deck with lovely views overlooking Coila Lake. The main bathroom has a large bath, shower and separate toilet. The accommodation upstairs offers three bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 double in the third bedroom. Also upstairs is an enclosed rear sunroom set up beautifully as a quiet reading room or play area for the kids.
