Summary: Casa Velasco boasts an excellent location, praised for being clean, having spacious rooms, and friendly staff. However, I cannot recommend this hotel due to an extreme noise issue. There is a bar right next door that plays loud music until advanced hours of the night, and the walls are so thin that you can clearly hear neighboring conversations. As a result, I was unable to get any sleep or rest during my stay.
