3 individual apartments, each one occupies a whole floor of this heritage art deco building. Original features include high ceilings, solid brick walls, french doors and windows, oversized bedrooms and lounge area. We have fully renovated all bathrooms, kitchens etc and added massive decks on each level which have views through to Story Bridge and Brisbane CBD an extra bar fridge and private weber BBQ. The bedrooms at the front have views across the Victoria Park golf course. Each apartment has 3 large bedrooms and 1 medium sized one plus one sleep out/bedroom off the 4th bedroom with sofa/bed or futon. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with a bath. The common area is accessed via the fully secured area out the back steps. This space has a plunge pool, shared large BBQ, secluded fire pit and grassed area for play for kids or pets.
