Negative: Nobody answered the phone number. The check in process was complicated. Some stuff came to email. Some stuff came to SMS. There were several extra fields required. The booking on Booking.com was just the start - several hurdles followed.

Summary: Decent flat but over complicated check in. Our check in was delayed. I wouldn't recommend
