Architect designed, this 4 bedroom home is just a few minutes walk to hotels, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, penguin parade, pelican feeding, Kingscote pier, the Yacht Club and Tidal Pool.
Camelot is close to the best attractions Kingscote and Kangaroo Island have to offer.
Built with energy efficient features Camelot offers ceiling fans in all rooms to compliment the sea breezes in summer and the warmth of a wood heater in winter.
The north facing features combined with the shade sails and sun blinds on all bedroom windows, make this an extremely comfortable home to live in any time of the year.
Double glazing, polished concrete floors and the feature stone wall add to the thermal qualities and year round enjoyment of living in Camelot.
The BBQ decked area is a feature with manicured lawns, sea views and shade sails.
Upstairs you will enjoy the balcony with wonderful ocean views, huge double doors open the balcony to the living area and let in the sea breeze. 2 reclining chairs and 3 seater couch allow you to enjoy the views along with the LED 60inch flat screen TV with Blu-ray and CD stereo player.
The kitchen is very well appointed with Induction cooktop, Pyrolytic oven, and new matching cookware. The dining table seats 9 with a full set of crockery included.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, bedside table. The generous ensuite includes a spa bath. It offers views from the large east facing windows and a bamboo writing table.

Summary: We had such a wonderful stay, the whole family loved utilising the walking/running track directly out the front, and the near by tidal pool! Would recommended!
