Beverages and toiletries supplied. Your bedroom wing is exclusive to you and/or your friends and has private entrance. Locked on our side and you also can lock on your side.

We have 2 Queen bedrooms . Bathroom, toilet, kitchenette. ( not a full kitchen) kettle, toaster, refrigerator, sink, microwave, sandwich maker, egg cooker) auxiliary room (table and chairs, sofa, streaming TV). in a private wing. TV and wi/fi.

IF GUESTS USE BOTH bedrooms for sleeping I charge a one off fee of $45 for the second bedroom (linen/cleaning fee). Please advise me you require both rooms if you are booking as a couple. IF 4 guests just book for 4. (Fees apply).

Short drive to coastal towns, approximately 10 /20 minutes Portarlington and Queenscliff. 30 minutes to Geelong. Daily ferry to Melbourne and also Sorrento. Easy entry to the Surfcoast and Great Ocean Road.
