Summary: The staff were excellent - friendly and courteous. The room itself smelled a little like a damp mop, but I would put this down to the humid conditions during my stay - there may be value in cleaning the AirCon unit. I was asked my email address so the Tax Invoice could be delivered, and then within 24 hours I had received 4 unsolicited emails from Best Western & the hotel. One of these was received after I had asked the hotel to stop sending them. I had to remind the hotel to send the Tax Invoice,
