The full glass sea facing living area is separated from the sleeping areas by a passage and 6 steps up to the great views. Front lawn play area on the quiet back beach.

Sleeps max 6 adults plus some children 1x queen bedroom (2), 1 x queen with I bunk set (either 2 or 2 in the bunks), 1 x bunk room (very small room)(2) 1 x bunk with good quality fold out queen sofa bed (either 2 or 2 in the bunks).
