Summary: Juan (property manager) is a good with communication and very welcoming to his beautiful house. He is very respectful and honest. No problems with Juan.On the other hand, His cleaning lady sucks! She will Accuse you of her’s or pervious family mistakes that have not been identified. As the owner cannot always make it to his property, which is not his fault as he does not see all things after people check out.Pro tip, take notes and Pictures of anything to avoid any issues with the lady!
