Views and position, at beach, with fabulous deck and bar on which to relax, BBQ, watching surfers, people, dolphins and, in season, whales, or cross the road to join them. Right at the beach, be lulled to sleep by waves, ideally positioned for a stroll along the beachside walk/bike track to restaurants, both Mollymook clubs, cafes, including Bannisters Pavillion, Gwylos, Rick Steins Celebrity Restaurant, and Mollymook Shopping complex as well as 5 min drive to the village market town of Milton or the Harbour town of Ulladulla.
Note: We have a NO infants, NO pet, no exceptions policy! Beach Bar is a rustic, nautical themed motel sized room with a comfortable queen bed, flickering electric log fire, quaint bathroom, flat screen smart TV with netflix, Binge and wifi. Best suited for those who plan to eat out at the many cafes, clubs and restaurants as there is no stove, just tea /coffee and light food preparation with the convenience of a toaster, bar fridge, microwave , kettle, boiled egg cooker, sink, crockery, cutlery, glassware. A BBQ is available for use on the verandah. Additional appliances such as a slow cooker, electric frypan are available from the laundry as well as beach umbrella and beach chairs. Access laundry for washing machine.
The big timber deck can be transversed by other house guests to link with common stairs and laundry, but the use of the deck’s furniture is exclusive to Beachbar.
A clothes airer, iron and ironing board are in wardrobe. Suits a couple for a few days stay, but is not pet , child or infant friendly, and is non smoking inside. It's elevated position with steps is wonderful for views but is not suitable for the frail or mobility challenged.
