The light filled dining and living area opens up to the fully fenced garden where you can head outside and relax. Enjoy the abundant bird life, including the Majestic King Parrot and the Cheeky Lorikeet's. The house features both eastern and western decks, taking advantage of both the morning and afternoon sun, perfect for enjoying a cold drink and a book while enjoying the beautiful sea breeze.

The local Village of Callala Bay is only a two-minute drive by car or a short walk from the house and boasts an array of shops, cafes and takeaways. If you are adventurous and want to discover the area further, a 30 minute car ride will see you discover Long Beach, Honeymoon Bay, numerous national parks. With Huskisson, Nowra and Greenwell Point all close by. Visit Oyster Farms or Two Figs Winery which has breath taking views over the Shoalhaven River and as far down the South Coast as the eye can see.
The township of Huskisson has been brought closer to us via a ferry ride from Myola to Huskisson wharf, which leaves and returns on the hour during the summer months. Take some time out and visit the local markets at Pyree, Culburra, Huskisson or the famous Berry markets which is the largest markets in the area and is held on the first Sunday of each month.

In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
