Enjoy the comfort of this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom townhouse. The tranquil lake setting at your back door and the easy flat walk to Avoca Beach and shops means you have the best of both worlds. The ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning provides year round comfort. WiFi connected.
The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper level. The large master bedroom, overlooking the lake has a king bed and ensuite. It also has a television and DVD player. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have 2 single beds which can be configured to king ensembles if requested. The main bathroom includes a bath.
The lower level has a double lock up garage with internal access. On this level is the lake facing large living area with a huge L-shaped sofa and dining table to seat 8 people. There is the TV and DVD player along with board games for the times when you would like to relax inside. The kitchen has every appliance you could want including additional crockery and glassware for entertaining. There is a separate toilet and full laundry.
A covered outdoor entertaining area is perfect for BBQ's and relaxing. A BBQ and spare gas bottle are provided. A large in-ground pool in the complex is adjacent for your enjoyment. Take advantage of the owners double kayak for extra fun on the lake. All linen is provided and beds prepared for your arrival bring your beach towel and chill out.
