Let Miss Jenny and Miss Laura cook you amazing meals and take care of your every need. Relax at our infinity pool, read a book under a palapa, or walk down the beach and relax at our beach pool. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own full bathroom and all bedrooms have an ocean view with veranda access.
Full time caretaker on property with separate caretaker house.
***Transportation fees separate and due on arrival. Excursion fees not included.
***Please note, there is a additional $50.00/day per person for breakfast and dinner that is due 2 weeks before arrival. Children 13 and under are $25/day.

Summary: Avita Villa is amazing! The staff is elite, providing an authentic experience, from Jamaican cuisine to the absolute best hospitality, with love and respect. The villa is completely renovated with luxurious features inside and out. The views are breathtaking and among the best of Jamaica. The owner is fantastic providing a seamless worry free experience from start to finish. We are anxiously awaiting our return to Avita!
