A modern, light, airy house, on a corner block in a very quiet part of Victor Harbor, yet only 5 minutes by car, or 15 minutes on foot, to restaurants and shopping precinct. Do keep in mind though that the walk will be uphill on the return. The house has far-reaching views to both the coast and the hills, and a lovely sheltered deck on which to enjoy your coffee or lunch. There is a large back yard, accessed by walking around the side of the house. If you wish to have access to all that Victor Harbor has to offer, yet want to stay in a quiet, secluded neighbourhood, then this is the place for you.
The house is also very close (200 metres) to the Inman River walking trail with beautiful birdlife and this walk can take you right to the River Mouth and the beach.
Access to the garage is not permitted and the washing-machine is only available to Long-stay guests (6+ days) because of water costs and environmental reasons. The cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.
