Within easy walking distance to the local recreation park and one of the towns primary schools, this location is simply perfect for active families. Offers 2 bathrooms both with step in baths and an additional separate toilet area.
Upon entering the home be prepared to have your breath taken away. The ornate hallway certainly sets the scene, drawing you in to the home with the warmth of the polished floor boards, the original patterned panels to the walls and the feature timber entrance panel befitting of a quality home of this era. The large rooms and high ceilings and the beautiful leadlight glass in the windows and doors are just a few more of the original features that have been lovingly retained throughout the renovation of this home.
The new kitchen provides a practical work area for the home cook, with ample bench space for preparation of a feast, along with intimate window seating to sit and chat with family and friends over a coffee or a glass of wine.
