Summary: Wonderful staff, great food and perfect location. Hugely convenient with arrival time, availability of staff, air conditioning and car parking. Safe did not work, reported this on the 1st day, reminded staff on the 3rd and again on the 5th day. No one came to fix it, and no alternative room was offered to us. Despite asking.
