Duncans Villa a 3 story spacious 14 bedroom home, nestles in the hills of Trelawny bordering historic Falmouth and 35 minutes away from Montego Bay. This property has spectacular views of the Caribbean sea as well as scenic mountain views. Providing guest with an authentic Jamaican experience minutes away from alluring beaches, Martha Brae, Chukka Cove, local restaurants, green field stadium home of jazz festival and 40 minutes away from Dunns river falls. Villa sleeps up to 40 guest, great for small or large groups ( for large groups that do not mind sharing space the villa has total of 22 beds and 4 pullout coaches) can also accommodate individual travelers. Staff is also available to maintain the villa and provide support to
1st floor has small bedrooms 1 bed and a large bed room furnished with (2) queen size bed, flat screen TV, night stand and private shower.

Summary: We had about 12 people in our group ranging from kids to adults. The home is beautiful but needs some updating. A lot of the doors didn’t close and the tub on the 2nd floor leaked the entire stay. The WiFi also was very weak and stopped working for 4 days out of our stay. The owners did communicate and eventually got it fixed. The staff on the property is very helpful and kept the place clean daily. The location is about an hour away from both Ochi and Montego Bay so it’s a lot of travel if you are planning excursions. The house is in the hills of Trelawny which is a very quiet town and not much to do. There is a beach close by which is clean and beautiful. This place is ideal for a group who will be staying in the house most of the time and enjoying the amenities of the home.
