Four bedroom brick house situated upon the corner of Stewart and Gowing Streets with a north facing aspect and commanding ocean views of Crescent Head famous Point Break.
Ideally located within walking distance to the village CBD and main beach makes this property the perfect holiday destination to take advantage of Crescent Head Sleepy Atmosphere.
Level one boasts combined kitchen, living and dining room which opens out onto the covered balcony to take in the ocean views. The kitchen is serviced with a glass cooktop and dishwasher to ensure mum has a holiday too, polished timber flooring throughout with huge wooden outdoor table for the balcony. Master bedroom with built-ins and balcony exit with ocean views. Second bedroom with built-ins and laundry at rear next to the backyard exit.
Ground floor boasts the third and fourth bedroom, both with built-ins. Bathroom with separate bath and shower and exit to double lock up garage.
Bedding for this property is 4 x queen beds and 1 x set of bunks
