Summary: Overall we were very comfortable in this home with our family of four while we visited cousins in Cabarita beach. The home is spacious with three bedrooms upstairs and one large room downstairs with a pull-out couch. We grilled and ate on the porch and cooked for family. I do need to add that the house looks larger and brighter in the photos and it’s a rather strange layout; Upstairs the 3 bedrooms share one bathroom that does not have a door to the sink area and is just off the kitchen. However, the downstairs living area is big and brand new with a large bathroom that my kids used to shower in so we could have ‘some’ privacy upstairs. The laundry in the garage was convenient and also new. The property managers were great at being reachable and when we had a discrepancy, they were kind and took care of it by communicating with the owners.
