Well appointed and spread out over two levels, this home offers holiday accommodation at its best.
On the upper level you will find the large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, with a fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop and pyrolytic oven, dining table for ten, high chair, island bench with 4 stools, lounges, and all the mod cons including unlimited Wifi, 65" Smart Tv, reverse cycle air conditioning / heating, and an open fire place (firewood not supplied). Step out onto the deck through the glass sliding doors, fire up the bbq, take in the sea air, watch the sunset, and relax.
There are three bedrooms upstairs, two with queen beds, ocean views, and access to the recently rebuilt deck, and a third youngsters’ paradise with 2 sets of single bunks and 1 trundle. A portacot is also provided. The recently renovated bathroom has a spacious walk in shower, toilet, vanity, and a washer/dryer for convenience.
The second living area on the lower level is a retreat for kids or adults alike, with table tennis, tv, bean bags, and plenty of couches and space for games. This level has a large bedroom with queen bed, ocean views and a work desk with keyboard and monitor, and a second bedroom with tri-bunk. The central bathroom features a large spa bath.
The fully fenced back yard has ample room for a boat. Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay outside, if their owners clean up after them (conditions apply). As a coastal getaway location, the road is unsealed and despite regular cleaning we expect some salt spray and dust on the windows.
Full linen including fresh doona covers are included to keep your stay relaxing.
