Located near the foreshores of Sydney Harbour, the home is sunlit, spacious and perfect for a family stay, decorated in eclectic pastels and hardwood finishes.
On the ground floor is a spacious open plan living space that leads out into a lush and private garden with enough room for outdoor activities and enjoying Sydney’s beautiful sunshine. A guest bedroom and bathroom with shower is also located on this level.
The upper level holds the main living space, with kitchen, dining and lounge rooms and spectacular Harbour views. Mint green feature walls decorate this space, along with tan leather couches and accents of wood and antique gold to create a homey yet classy feel. With a fireplace and wall-to-wall French doors for added charm this space is certainly not short of windows, with sunlight streaming in from all sides.
A spacious terrace leads off from this space, with sun lounges, a barbecue and outdoor dining area for ultimate relaxation in the sunshine and drinking in the breathtaking views of Sydney.
The bedrooms of the home are bright, spacious and comfortable; with a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, as well a double bedroom and twin-bedded third bedroom. An ensuite with shower is connected to the master suite, while the family bathroom includes both a bath and a shower.

Just steps from quiet and secluded Parsley Bay, a harbourside foreshore, you will also be within a ten minute walk from more popular hotspots, like Watson’s Bay and beloved Sydney restaurant Doyle’s. A ferry is also available to get you to Circular Quay, Manly and beyond in under half an hour, while the south-eastern beaches of Bondi, Bronte and Coogee are just a ten minute drive away.
