This beautiful two storey house has everything you could possibly want, from brilliant sea views to
dishwasher, two televisions, DVD players, BBQ, washing machine, microwave, ducted air conditioning upstairs and reverse cycle air conditioning downstairs. Sleeping 11 guests in five bedrooms with three bathrooms. New fresh and modern with plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of off street parking. This is a non smoking and a pet free property.
This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Summary: The accuracy of this listing is only lowered because it's actually nicer than the photos suggest. While it's not walking distance to the beach (about 30 mins), it has views on three sides and was so wonderful. A very enjoyable experience and plenty of space for two families without anyone feeling like they were on top of each other. The only problem was the air-conditioner want working very well on the one >40° day and we discovered the filter needed replacing/hadn't been cleaned in a long time, so we pulled it out and that helped.
