Ventnor Beach is a bay beach with interesting rocky outcrops, as well as flat stretches of sandy beach. Ventnor is only a short drive into Cowes and has easy access to the Penguin Parade and Grand Prix Circuit.

The house has elevated living with a great deck accessed through sliding doors from the lounge. The main lounge is upstairs with open plan living, dining and kitchen and it is sunny and clean. There is a tv and dvd player and a split system heating and cooling system in this area. The dining table is a central feature and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. The kitchen has electric cooking and a microwave. There are lots of salad bowls and platters perfect for summer bbq's.

The two single bedrooms are upstairs as well as the family bathroom. Downstairs are the two queen bedrooms one with an ensuite that has a large spa bath. There is a second living area also with a TV, comfortable sofas and a pool table. You can access the back garden via sliding doors from this room and one of the queen bedrooms.

The back garden is conveniently fully fenced. Out the front is a large carport with room for 2 cars and plenty of room for a boat or watercraft, along with ample off street parking .
