A home which can accommodate 2 families comfortably (sleeps 12). Set over 2 levels, the ground level features a living room with coonara and reverse cycle air con, as well as electric wall heater, TV and DVD player. This property also has WI-FI.

The kitchen and dining area are set close to the downstairs covered verandah area, perfect for BBQs and entertaining. The kitchen contains gas cook top and electric oven, dishwasher and a good size fridge.

Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, the main with ensuite and a main bathroom and separate toilet access.

Upstairs there is a large open living area with plenty of space, wall heater, surround sound and flat screen TV. A private balcony with glimpses of the ocean adorns the North side. 3 more large bedrooms with the main containing wall heater, TV and an ensuite containing dual shower.

Summary: Great spot and idea for 2 families. A few issues though. Nails in deck sticking up caused cuts to children’s feet. Air conditioner does not work. Heater in bottom lounge does not work , power went off and kept shorting out, had to unplug and remplug all appliances to get power going, pump and toilet pipes in downstairs bedroom cupboards very noisy and not suitable for sleeping, bbq bottle looks full with plastic cover but is empty. Very well equipped with pots, cutlery and cups etc. cannot run dishwasher, toaster and kettle, power shuts off. Sliding door to dining area hard to open. Gate to carport not opening properly, same with side gate. Need fly wire on lounge room window as cannot open as flies etc come in. Some clothes left in upstairs main wardrob. Wi Fi was good and overall set up was very good. More cleaning products needed as we like to keep places clean, spray and wipe, , floors, bbq etc. enjoyed our stay and if some things could be fixed up would stay again.
