This well appointed single storey holiday home has four bedrooms, two living areas and two bathrooms and sleeps 8 guests.
Master bedroom has an ensuite and queen bed, bedroom 2 and 3 also have queen beds in each room and bedroom 4 has a tri-bunk.
Open plan living/dining and fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, large family size fridge freezer. The outside entertaining area leads off the kitchen with a large BBQ.
Both living areas have a flat screen TV, DVD and split system R/C air conditioning. Second bathroom, separate toilet and a separate laundry. Off street parking, secure front yard and rear garden. Pets Negotiable outside only.

Summary: Lovely home. Very comfortable and well appointed with all the amenities you could need. Sooo many games dvds and puzzles. Beds are super comfortable, the shower has great pressure. Wonderful to have two living areas. The back verandah and garden area is beautiful. With 7 adults it would have been "nice" to have a ensuite (second toilet/shower) but when you're on holiday you cope ;-)Single beds were actually king singles so when taking your own linen be sure to note this.We loved it and will definitely stay here again.
