It is also close to Flinders Hospital This newly renovated, freshly painted house features polished floorboards throughout most of the residence and lovely period touches. There are 2 kitchens, 1 with an induction cooktop, under-bench microwave oven, bar fridge, coffee maker and a dining table for 4 people. The other, larger kitchen comes appointed with a family sized fridge, 4 burner gas cooktop and under-bench oven, as well as a long benchtop with 4 bar stools. It flows through to a living area with a flatscreen TV, wall-mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning unit and a sofa which opens up to a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the house to 8 people if needed. Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 have wall-mounted TVs and study desks, 1 of which has a wall-mounted reverse cycle air conditioning unit. All 3 bedrooms have queen sized beds. Off the main kitchen is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. This laundry flows through to a large, beautifully tiled bathroom with a quartz stone vanity and a roomy, frameless glass shower recess. Another spacious bathroom has its own frameless glass shower recess, quartz stone benchtop and its own front loader washing machine. The property has a professionally landscaped backyard with an alfresco dining setting for up to 6 people. In addition, there is an outside seating area on the front porch for 2. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month.
